2 Hours On-Ice Training Per Day
40 Different Skill Development Stations Each Week
30 Minutes of Intense Goalie Specific Power-Skating Each Day
30 Minutes of Competitions + Battle Drills Each Day
Guest Speakers + Classroom Sessions Each Day
Nutritional Counseling
2 Hours of Goalie Specific Plyometric Dry-Land Training Each Day by Sports Performance Centres
3:1 Goaltender/Instructor Ratio
On-Ice Video Analysis
AAA, Jr. + Pro Shooters

Elite Goaltender Camp Format

  • 8:30am - Arrive
  • 9am - 11am - On-Ice Training
  • 11am - 11:30am - Change
  • 11:30am - 12:30pm - Lunch in the Thirsty Penguin Restaurant*
  • 12:30pm - 2pm - Guest Speaker / Classroom Session / Video Analysis
  • 2pm - 4pm - Goalie Specific Dry-Land Training**

* Lunch is not included in the price of the camps.  Students can bring their own lunch or purchace a meal each day in the restaurant.  All students will be eating together in a group.

**Please make sure to bring running shoes, shorts + a t-shirt each day.

Camp Rates

  • 1 Camp Rate - $725 + GST = $761.25
  • 2 Camp Rate - Less 5% = $688.75 x 2 + GST = $1,446.36
  • 3 Camp Rate - Less 10% = $652.50 x 3 + GST = $2,055.38

All Ages Skill Development + Conditioning Goalie Camps

All Ages + Levels Welcome

These All Ages + Skill Level Camps are customized for the goaltenders in attendence.  Goalies are placed in groups of 3 with other goaltenders the same age or skill level.  Drills are then created to meet the needs of all goalies regardless of skill level.
